Do I have to install it myself?

No. Delivery and installation are fully handled by our expert team. They will deliver it at a time that’s convenient for you and assemble it in position to your satisfaction. They won’t leave until you’re happy with your new furniture’s position, and they won’t leave any trace of their work behind them.

How long will it take to arrive?

We endeavour to deliver all our products within the United Kingdom within four to eight weeks, depending on your order.

• USM Haller 4 – 6 weeks
• Accessories (including USM Inos and USM Privacy Panels) 4 – 8 weeks (depending on accessories chosen)
• USM Haller tables 6 – 8 weeks
• USM Kitos 6 – 8 weeks

Please note that some furniture with specific finishes may require additional time, which you will be informed of when placing your order.

Pre-configured products from the online shop

All our pre-configured products sold on the online shop can generally be delivered within 4 – 5 weeks (unless otherwise stated on the product page). Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are subject to change depending on industrial and logistical constraints at the time.

All products not available in the online shop, custom-made and purchased from our showroom or our sales partners can generally be delivered within four to eight weeks.

What are our delivery areas?

Our online shop delivers orders in England, Scotland and Wales.

What are the delivery costs?

In all cases, the delivery costs will be indicated when you place your order.
For deliveries cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, redelivery charges will be invoiced.
